Okay...so what you're gonna need is:
Solder
Solder Iron
Xbox 360 Motherboard
12v Computer Fan (or any other 12v Fan)
Flux
Extra Wire(IF NEEDED)

Step 1:
Obtain your fan and cut the red and black wires only

Step 2:
Strip both wires and tin them

Step 3:
Place your fan where you want it to be(I recommend the CPU but I'm doing the GPU)

Step 4:
Add flux to the mem card slot and then add solder...the solder should stick

Step 5:
Next we solder are black wire to the mem card...this will be our ground

Step 6:
Right so on to the 12v power source...follow the picture to locate the solder points

Here's a better picture...only focus on the 2 points circled in black and blue...those are positive

Step 7:
Once you've found both points(either one will work)...add a little flux to one point

Step 8:
Make the red (positive) wire longer if you need to

Step 9:
Now solder the wire to the point!

Enjoy your added fan!
