what do you mean by "XBLs" ? if you mean accounts , then its the accounts that get banned not the retail.

Since your jtag using xbls is on the same network as your retail there is a large chance it will be banned when your jtag gets banned.

This is because you are on the same ip/Router so you could ever do this

Change your ip before you buy XBLS
Go to a friends or uncles house who dont have a xbox and host.

could just set private ip on your jtag/RGH or even your retail but yeah your right

You can get banned but all you would have to do is change your ip when you go online to host.
