looks like it uses intel graphics so it might run but only on low-medium settings and the performance will likely be poor

Dont waste your money on a laptop, Save up for a custom built PC. Im just saying, gaming PC's are more worth it than a laptop. Here is a $600 Budget Build which will run Arma, Battlefield 3, Farcry 3 at High-Medium Settings with 2x AA On.
