ok so basically i have the plan for the recruiters. Once i get around 20 fully partnered people i will be looking for recruiters. They must then recruit 15 people in a week and those people must sign the contract for the recruiter to get paid. If the recruiter fails to recruit atleast 10 people in a week then they will no longer get paid and if they want to be a recruiter again they must resit the test. They will be paid $5 a month depending what they average out over a month if higher the payout will be higher but the minimum starting off is $5.

*correction everyone says that simply because they offer no support in no way whatsoever they help your channel out ( which alot of people look for ) a 2 year contract is too long and you can only get paid when you reach $100 They never reply to emails. From many sources the CPM has only been $2-4 . They used to have a 5 year contract and not pay.
