if my ipod is not turning on when i charge it and its a bran new charger. i need help

Try borrowing a friends cable that works and see if it's your new charger. If it isn't, then your iPod is probably broken.

Try holding the power button and the home button at the same time for about 20 seconds or so. That might work

Either your ipods charging port is broken or the cable may be altered or something.

Luckily, you can ship your ipod to apple if you still have your warranty, if you dont have your warranty, then they will fix it for a small cost!

This could be a fault with the device itself. I would suggest contacting Apple regarding this information.

If had this before, but mine was because I left it in the car for a very long time and eventually wouldn't turn on, even after the charger was connected.

Instead of plugging it into the wall plug it into your comp
