Had the same issue. Forgot to add the Title Update.

What i did was i went to JQE 360 Marketplace (Google it)
Search for my TU23 and downloaded and injected with Horizon.

OR, If your Retail already has a Mw3 TU23 , You can just put it on a USB drive load it up into Horizon and extract that title update and put it onto Your RGH/JTAG.

Problem Solved they both should be on Version 1.8.0 blah blah blah whatever

If you have the TU23 on your HDD move it to a USB,Plug it in your computer,Loadup Horizon,Click on Title Updates after it has detected your USB and look for the "Title Update" look for the MW3 TU23 and right click extract file.

Go to XboxMB.com and download it from there. Just put the TU23 onto a USB and plug it into your computer and follow the steps

On the top corner somewhere there should be a button "<<<" or something just click that and it should bring out your USB

dam its not reading my usb

try youtubing "How to install Title updates" or google it . It should read your USB.
