I know its because of my hard drive but I don't know what to do any help would be appreciated.

put any launch.ini on the root of ur usb or if you can delete the one is on your hdd

Interested in getting a JTAG wanna know if their easy to maintain and stuff

You should their pretty good its just sometimes they give you some problems this was just a error in a file i think.
