Get yourself a copy of Eclipse and look up some documentation.

I would check out [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] - Bucky has a pretty good java tutorial for beginners.
If you don't really like video tutorials, you could always go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and look on there. The best way to learn a language is experience and get used to how to make simple programs, then try make one yourself using little bits of what you learn.

I would say use a website called 'Codeacademy', its easy to use and you can learn programming languages quite quick

W3Schools has everything to do with programming a website (is that how you say it? programming a website? I guess so) just go there and it has stuff right from the basics to pretty complicated stuff
