well i deleted cydia cause nothing was working and like all the cydia apps like winterboard and ifile didnt delete. what do i do to get them off and be able to jailbreak again? im on iso 6.1
please help

Just restore your device from the backup you made on iTunes, then re-jailbreak stay on 6.1 like you are. do not upgrade to 6.1.3 as there is no JailBreak for it yet.

Well, there is a Tethered Jailbreak. For iphone 4.

I heard it's a semi-jailbreak, meaning if you turn off your device, you have to re-do it. better just to stay on 6.1

That's what tethered is ;) and yeah way better to stay on 6.1 or 6.2
