Hello Echo_Squad, I do not know who you are nor do I deem it necessary to know who you are but I disagree with your statement, the Deputy Commissioners do have lives outside of gaming therefore they cannot devote their full lives to accompany the clan in every event. This is why we have multiple Deputy Commissioners as well as a commissioner, ONE is always online when you need them.

Delta Force Deputy Commissioners are the best I have do far had. They are both committed and enthusiastic about Delta Force.

It is true the Deputy Commissioners may have seemed absent from clan members but this is due to their work and education life. They have lives and don't have time to be on xbox all the time.

However I do disagree with your comment: they do the least that they can!

Delta Force has just recently appointed a new Divisional Commander for crooks, therefore Deputy Commissioner Light Ninja1017 has been training him in crooks training. The crooks training includes 2 stages, Advanced and Basic. Training an individual in becoming a trainer is not an easy task. A verifier must ensure that the person is competent, knowledgeable about the topic and also has the experience. Deputy Commissioner Light Ninja1017 has also been producing a new training which is Advanced Crook Driver Training which now makes pursuits fun and thrilled and now allows the use of sports cars without any problem.
I would like to say thank you to him and the other officers involved in the training.

Deputy Commissioner TangyMelonD3, has been monitoring the website pages and assisting individuals in becoming trainers. He has been liaising with an individual who has recently left Delta Force after joining/creating a new clan who wanted to return as a result of that clan's failure. That person has successfully re joined and is part of Divisional management. He has managed the website and accepting members on the website and the Commissioner's xbox friend's list.

In addition to this, the Deputy Commissioners have been in parties with the Commissioner making decisions and discussing the current status of the clan. The Deputy Commissioners are contactable via
1. The Website
2. Skype
3. Xbox

If these are not around, then other members within the clan have authority to deal with any situation.
e.g
Delta Force Rules Section 2.6 States: Chief Inspectors and above have the authority to suspend a member from Delta Force if they have a Justifiable Reason.

Meaning if a incident gets out of hand then, about 10 people can step in and suspend officers until the Commissioner/Deputy Commissioner are contactable.

Commissioner To Be Revealed knows almost anything within Delta Force. For example: He knows that his Deputy Commissioners earns their rank. And if they don't, he will reprimand them and give them warnings, which leads to demotions just like the previous Deputy Commissioner.

Currently, our Area Commander has left as a result of not being able to gain extra power. He was able to do his job, actually he done an amazing job, including website management which was offered to him which he wanted to do. He recently stated that he was doing better then the Deputy Commissioners, even though they were working their a**** off. So this was then withdrawn from him. He was banned from being a crook, as a result of using an explosive causing mayhem and allowed another to use an RPG in a major incident causing that individual to be demoted. He in a patrol was setting a extremely bad and unprofessional example to other members in which some members requested to step down from their rank and refuse to be in a patrol when he is there in that position.
He was rude to the commissioner, stating that he couldn't do his job as a result of not being able to manage/monitor the crooks division as he was banned.

Management and role.

As a manager, you are making sure that individuals are competent and professional and able to comply with rules. You are responsible in ensuring that officers are doing their job to the high standards within Delta Force. This is Management. You are Managing, Assessing, Observing, Evaluating, giving positive and constructive feedback.

Role
A role is a job that you must carry out. For Example, being a crook. As a crook, you are responsible for carrying out criminal activity within a patrol therefore having fun and giving the police a fun, challenging patrol.

Unfortunately the Area Commander, Dayze Vzify could not see that. Therefore he was not complying with his responsibilities as a leader.

Fortunately he left Delta Force. However what bugged me was why no one else left with him like what usually happens. And today, I found out that every other Delta Force member hated him.
Some felt scared of him as he could demote them whereas another was victimised by dayze vzify when he stated that the person who is a Basic Trainer was doing majorly wrong. However, after the Commissioner observing this individual, he found only minor problems which can be solved with constructive and supportive feedback. He did not support this member.

Someone even, requested a demotion from a senior position because this person did not like the behaviour and attitude of the Area Commander and refuse to work with him.

As a Commissioner, I wanted to demote him as a result of feedback I received from the Control Officer and other officers who reported Dayze for failing to comply with Delta Force rules and stopping a Divisional Commander who wanted to enforce rules upon his divisional members from doing do. Now this is never acceptable. All my Divisional commanders are allowed to run their Divisions the way they want to as long as, it does not, discriminate a person, breach any Delta Force rule and as long as it works. Even if it has to be trialled.

So as a result of finding that my ex Area Commander was unprofessional, unsupportive I also find out that he is also a RUBBISH trainer, as I discovered and members reported.

Delta Force has therefore become a better and more professional clan without this individual's assistance in failing Delta Force members.

So thanks for your comment. I hope you understand that by being a senior officer in a high position, one DOES NOT know every member's activities/participation within Delta Force.
