I can't seem to get the "dll_load" file to open this just keeps coming up:

I have aim/skype/team viewer if anyone could take a look at whats wrong i would greatly appreciate it

Re-install the SDK and when it asks which version you want, it will give you two options. One will be quick install and one will be full install. Select full install.
