I finished the mission where I had to give the lexicon to Septimus before I hit 15 and now I can't finish the mission to get the Oghma Infinium. Anyone now if there is a way to get the Oghma Infinium still?

I figured out what you meant. Just wait until a courier comes to you with a letter from Septimus.
