so i just called them about my account and then some lady answered who culdnt even speak english and she just hanged up.i called again,no one picked up the phone.IF ANYONE HAS A ACCOUNT THAT HAS SOMETHING DECENT oN IT PLEASE GIVE IT TI ME I WILL GET U a REWARD!!! and to go along with that account had legit 10th and 30000 legit gamerscore!!!

I have the same problem, you call them and you keep on having to say "what to them", about 2 hours later you find out what you rang them for in the first place, and theres 2 hours of your life down the drain when someone that speaks english could tell you in 10 minutes.
