For your first ever graphic i would say its ok but i would try stay away from space themes as they are so overused and to make a space themed piece that is interesting would be diffucult because so many people have done it.

Also like someone said you want to try make the image blend so i would advise against using 3D text for a piece like this,It does not fit the image.

Keep trying and you well get better though.

Actually I didn't get a gfx pack, I downloaded this image because I thought it looked cool. I haven't seen any gfx edits on TTG and decided to look at one spacey image. I am going to pretend like I didn't see your rating because 1. you are the oddball who says it totally blows in every aspects. 2. it's not just a simple 3D text design, I added shine as well as contrast.

Thanks guys for the feedback and tips. I am learning some 'fancy' text but learning without tutorials is somewhat difficult. I might try the fancy text with a different render. Maybe if I get good enough I might open up a shop...

This is just my oppinion but i would advices against opening a shop,There are loads already open im sure and all of the people asking for graphics will ask for the same kind of theme or image,No point wasting your time doing the same thing over and over when you could be learning other techniques.

Also depending on the image you dont realy need "Fancy" text,Most occassasions you will want the text to fit into the image and usally this works well with some simple 2D text to make it clean.
