Hmm I haven't tryed in a while because I used to do this when I didn't have gold and all my games were unpatched

Delete title update and play offline and you can other than that you can't but you can on cod 4

Elevators got patched a VERY long time ago, but like the kid said above, just clear your system cache, then don't update your game and you can do Elevators. I got console banned so, i did that and learned how to do them all. Pretty fun, buts gets boring after awhile.
