I agree with you on all of the Downgrades apart from Hazard and Cech. They have both played great throughout the season. IMO i think Cech is the best in the BPL


Hazard hasn't warranted his 87 overall. He's been good, but maybe 85/86. Mata has been better, and so has Cazorla.

Also, Cech has made too many mistakes this season, he's a good keeper, but not the best anymore.
