Model: Xbox Slim, not in warranty

Okay so recently my xbox acted up after a solid drop to the pavement as I was carrying it out of my door. I took it all apart and narrowed it down to the pin connector. Xbox won't flash when the pin connector is not plugged in, but as soon as I plug it in it begins flashing again. Disc tray will not open, will always saying opening/closing although nothing is happening.

I understand the 3rd pin is the disc tray open/close so would it be as easy as resoldering the 3rd pin or what?

Maybe you should call up Microsoft, see if they can help.

Well...damn.You can't bring give it to them to fix it since you opened it..you might just wanna get a new one maybe.But try to look on google and see if that helps.
