so i have a patch for cod 4 and i paste it then click default mp.xex. i change the map and settings for it, then i start it. it then loads but once it gets like half way it goes to a checkerboard and than kicks me. after that it says ERROR: Could not find zone'D:\mp_shipment.ff what should i do? should i re-download the game and try that? someone please help me.

try the default map... then if it does not work re install the game
