This is a disgrace. The mother is probably lying providing that the girl said she sleeps in her clothes and doesnt bath. The girl should be put in a good family which will not neglect her.

I think instead of suspending her, try to help her. Give her parents products like deodorant or spray, to suppress the smell enough where people will not smell it.
