It is a 100% possible. Immortality is created by making cells regenerate continuously.

AT 21 cells stop regenerating, so that means your process of dieing is basically starting, becoming 'older' hehe.

If you can let these cells regenerate, and not become 'older'..
Immortality! Atleast, you can't get killed by natural causes.
Diseases, all that can allways kill you.
