And I don't know where you are getting your information from. I don't think in the future humans will have no necks or arms, just ankles, and gigantic heads. And if that were to happen, then yes it is "already happening". But, I think you have a faulty source, so no.
And then I honestly had no idea what else you were trying to say at the end w/ freezing + body development, but my opinion on the topic is no it's not possible.
AT 21 cells stop regenerating, so that means your process of dieing is basically starting, becoming 'older' hehe.
If you can let these cells regenerate, and not become 'older'..
Immortality! Atleast, you can't get killed by natural causes.
Diseases, all that can allways kill you.

who would want to live forever and lose so many people over that period of time. nobody would suffer more...
