2. the jtag is on dash 16203 and has never been online before
3. i shipped him the package today with tracking
4. when he said a usb with 3 games and a 20gb hdd, the usb is 20gb with 3 games on it

well all that is crap, you dont need the latest dash to system link, and if you updated the dash when online it would brick your jtag/rgh jheeze get it right before posting

kv are only $15 where i buy them and im not talking about updating jtag online , im talking about xebuilder or what ever is called, and yes you need to update dash , ive been modding for 5 years..
