Sorry but it seems like to much work just for some perks. I personally just use wildcards and have no problems.

It actually isn't that much work after you're used to it, the only hassle is getting two controllers

When I go to put my 6th perk on it says my class is full and I can't put anything else on but it is showing the perks I do have but actually don't have if you get what I mean .[/code]
