Not the worst, but again, not the best.
Psu could be slimmed down to something like a seasonic 620
Seeing as you are getting a 3570k, a nice z77 mobo would be suffice
Graphics can easily be improved
Hdd is slow

Try to stay away from western digital but other than that looks good to me.
