If i turn 'generate structures' off does the world still generate stronghold so that i am able to go to the end?

I just remembered i created a new world for The End but i didnt turn on 'generate structures' does that mean i am unable to go to the end because strongholds wont generate?

Generating structures removes: villages, abandoned mineshafts, dungeons, nether fortresses, and srongholds.
Since you turned it off, the only way is to make a portal in creative.
