I need pc help quick. Any PC Under 400 with decent specs. At least 8 GB RAM and a Decent graphics card(Dont really know about them)

Please tell me where i can get one from, Or the products i could use to build one cheaply.

It's GBP. I recently won 127 on a horse race and that brought my total up to 210 and my bday is coming up soon and im sure to get 200 from that so i will be able to get a PC. Doesnt have to be a gaming PC though. Just OK specs. Found one but wondering if there is any better out there
