Lucky? Are you kidding. In florida if you have more then 21 grams that's a 2nd degree felony and you can face up to 5 years. I know someone whos done 5 years for 3 ounces, got cought from a routine traffic stop.

Very true. Not only do they search my back pack they go through my phone, Not only do they find text from people asking me for bud, someone texted me while the cop was going through my phone sayin "Do you have mids." And people asking if I was still going to re up after school. I guess its what ever

and his story is even worse he got his cellphone taken away in class for texting, and the principle searched through his phone, and he was stupid enough to have pictures of the "illegal substance" on it so they got a undercover cop to follow him home and search his room... i think that is completely retarded

1. Ask yourself what you were doing with drugs on school grounds.
2. If they had Reasonable Suspicion that the drugs were yours (they found them in the last place you were at, within an immediate time frame, and no other person was seen interacting in that space, a reasonable person would come to the conclusion that the drugs were yours) they can and will charge you with possession and make it stick. There is huge precedent behind this. Just because it was not found on your body does not mean you were not in possession.
3. Posting this on the interwebz along with the fact that you admitted that it was "yours" is not a smart thing to do.
4. There are tons of MJ legal websites out there for this purpose, I would suggest going there and getting some advice. Biggest thing is to speak to a lawyer who specializes in these cases.
