Hosting a Michael myers lobby join: c4 Error session

1. No Commando
2. Put on light weight, marathon & ninja pro
3. Michael has to wait until it says last alive to kill anyone
4. Michael cannot use throwing knifes until last kill
5. Join C4 Error's Game session
