No, black ops 2 gpds can't be modded, as the game doesn't use them in the same way as black ops 1.
Also black ops 2 zombies runs off the multiplayer xex, meaning infections from save games/ campaign can't be used to get zombie mods.

It is probably possible to mod zombies with a USB, but it will be very difficult to find out how and I doubt anyone who does find out how, will release it.

EDIT: Thanks for the 10000+ views everybody! I am working on force host as I know this largely anticipated. Version 4 will have force host, improvements to controls, removal of the crap, different vision per each menu (so you can tell which menu you are on), a permanent infected save game (by this I mean, you will only have to put it on the USB stick once, and won't have to reinject it again next time you want to host (however you will still need to load it).

When I load up the campaign it brings up an error saying error insufficient free disk space please free at least 5mb of free space on game drive. How do I fix this? And by the way I have 7.1 gb free on my usb

I know that your using your USB, but does your harddrive/internal memory have space as well?
Also what version of the game do you have, E.g. European

I had this problem, it's because the game identifies two identical saves so check your directory in horizon and delete one of them
