Can anyone please help me Downgrade My iPhone 4S with IOS 6.1.3 to 6.1.2 I have the 6.1.2 SHSH blobs saved I just dont know hot to do it !!!!

There is no way for the 4s to downgrade only the iphone 4 and below sorry bro you gotta wait till next jailbreak
