I am looking on building a Gaming PC, nothing too fancy and need quite abit of help!
I want a PC that can run Minecraft, Battlefield and Photoshop with no problems and be quiet. I also have a 500 pound budget. It's more of a project that I'm interested in, want it to turn into a hobby of mine.
Specs I'm definitely looking for:
Intel i5 quad core
8GB RAM
1TB HD
Can anyone help me with the other specs as I'm not too educated in the PC world but have great interest in..
If you could write all specs that I'd need and please give good value for money if possible, thanks guys/girls...

Do you need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and/or operating system included in the budget?

An i5 and a good graphics card with an OS is a bit too tall of an order for 500 GBP: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I recommend an i3 and 7790 instead of the i5 and 7770.

So would this all be compatible? And definitely fit together perfectly?
Thanks a lot

Hey,
I work for a company that make gaming systems as well as media and others.
We currently sell a system that is 699.00 inc VAT. (582.50 ex VAT).
It's specifically built for gaming.
Here are the basic specs:
Vector Black ATX Case
Intel Core i5 3570K Processor overclocked to 4.5GHz
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
Asus P8Z77-V LX Motherboard
GeForce GTX 660 2GB Graphics Card
8GB PC3-10666 DDR3 Memory
24x Sony DVD-RW Drive
1000GB SATA III 7200rpm Hard Disk
500watt Xigmatek PSU
Onboard High Definition Audio
This is a really good build and will play the latest A-listed PC titles.
You can follow the specs as a guide, but as you probably know if you save up a little bit more, you can buy some real beasts.
