what does the details say ? i had this problem with some program but i re-downloaded it from a different download and it was fine, maybe try a different download ? some are broken.

That error seems to be very common in Mw3. Is your Mw3 CONFIRMED updated to TU23?

64 bit windows 7. Cracked ultimate edition, i keep downloading from different places (uploaders) and they claim to have the working version. i turned off my jtag, and i think the problem is i need to turn something to do with it reading as a DEV in dashlaunch. i turned on the app and clicked connect and i stopped getting the error. im kinda assuming its something to do with dashlaunch

Yes, it connects in game with retail very well now. Both are tu23
