when ever i load up Gta and i have hotswaped and cleared system and delete saved game but it keeps freezing on cousin bellic what do i do ?

Don't you need a save thats past the first mission?

i had this problem, it would freeze in 5 seconds, try it without a save and it should work, worked for me anyways

GTA IV orginal : needs a save
GTA TBOGT : doesn't need a save
maybe its not the save's that are freezing you, maybe its just because you've messed around with the mods to much or added a bad batch of mods. it normally happens when you have edited the RPF or the common or maybe even the xbox.rpf. try another set of mods if all fails dude and if your still having problems then you can PM me anytime and ill just give you my original mods which are the latest script's and vehicle mods that i know work 100%. goodluck.
