I have a few ways to improve this...

First i would say a little lighter text & i don't think the backgrounds that nice tbh with you i would say using a background like this would be nice...

You can create this by doing the following..

First you must take the background, you will have this

Then you must fill it with really dark gray, i love this color #272727

This will look like this...

This is a really nice color and looks really effective

Now we add some noise

As again follow what i do

These are the settings i use normally

Now we can add some text, you must be creative with graphics and not make it look too boring.

Ill do something to show you

Right add a dark red rectangle this color #4c0000, it should look like this

Then you can add a rounder rectangle for this nice effect...

So now this could be used for the top then we can add the text

If you don't like the colors you could always use colors you like but try and find colors that go together
