To be honest it did ruin it to a degree. I would be doing way more if I never started gaming. I rarely play video games and still do alot of other stuff but I feel I would have gotten more done if I never started gaming.(Also if you guys are going to flame me don't bother it's my opinion and I'm stating why I feel this way)

Yes.

I remember in grade 4 runescape was getting big an I was a straight A student up until grade 4.

Everyday we went to the computer lab to learn how to type and I remember ditching the typing and playing Runescape instead. Then I would skip homework and play Runescape and it has gone downhill, now its Call of Duty or something else.

For me it has ruined, but it has also improved my knowledge on computers and stuff, so I guess its more of a ruin situation.

I believe gaming had helped my life because I had started to hang around the wrong crowd started to smoke and steal but then my cousin asked if I wanted to play some gears of war with him and after that I got gaming friends at my school and I thought that they were the cool kids.

It ruined my life, was a straight A student and now I have 3 F's. But I do know a lot more technology now though. It's like "Once you go black, you never go back". Once you play video games theirs no going back.

I think it has ruined my life aswell as my social life. Before I started gaming I used to go out with my mates play football on the park, games and computers came out and controlling mind all I do is just sit at home get no homework done lay On my bed playing cod so yeh it's ruined my life but also it always a good reason to get away from the girlfriend hehe

Yes.

But I am not embarrassed to call myself a gamer anymore because over the years I have grown balls and just learned not to care about what people think about you. I would be very more active and social if I wasn't a gamer, but I love gaming and enjoy it more than I would playing a sport.

Gaming hasn't ruined my life if anything it has increased my hand eye coordination and social life. Mostly everyone in my school plays Xbox and it is a great way to get to know people faster.

I say gaming has helped in life as it made me want to become a youtuber and also want to be a developer.
