It was down for less than four hours yesterday, and the money you pay to play was spent trying to fix it. How about a bit of gratitude they were able to fix it so quickly?

Exactly, Microsoft saw what happened to Sony after anonymous hacked, they would not want to have a reputation for having poor service(even if it wasnt hacked) so they will have many technicians working overtime getting things sorted
