My dad had bought VIP on his own xbox and if I were to license transfer it would i have VIP on my account?

Yes but you wouldn't get DLC you might just want to wait and get every DLC once they come out

I'm not sure, but you can test it out and see if it works. But if you license transfer you have to wait 4 months to do it again.

Yes, You will have VIP pass, its not like black ops 2 where you have to have it downloaded onto your account. It works like the Gears 3 season pass.
