Well, As you could see, I'm new and I was wondering where I could get or make a profile banner like thing, like some of the cool moving ones I see around the forums, as well as a cool looking Gif Avatar image. Thanks to whoever can help!

Go to Gifbin.com for a avatar that moves. They have 100's of different ones. For your signature you can make your own very easy. just type in make a signature
and you can make ones that move and everything. Anyway to upload it you go to account and there will be tabs at the very left in the middle. There is a tab that says update signature and then another tab that says update avatar. Anyway I am just trying to give you a full description on how to and where to do these things. Hope you have a easy time doing this because it should be easy.
