i got flameing from SEAN he posted a link in gold members downloads and its an account you put on your hard drive

Sign in>got to armor>Helmet>effects>flameing>sign out then in on your account> armor/effects> Flameing

No, I did it just fine with a Transfer Cable. Just follow my instructions and if that dosen't work you did something wrong in the modding.

it doesnt ask me what storage device

that means it automatically picks the hard drive so unless you did the modding incorrectly itll work

i think i did it rite
unless in the tut wen it says put it in 000000000000000000000ect it dosnt meen 00001000 or watevr

4. Put the "4D53085B" folder inside the "00000000000000 etc..." folder.

then wut file do u put it in the isnt 1 that has that amny # in the file

truly this is getting confusing so im not sure anymore i would have to do it myself but have you looked for any vids

Plug in a Flash Drive or Memory Card. It should ask you then.
