So i made this because i thought it could be useful. It's a quick wat to encrypt and decrypt mw2 dlls.

How to use it:
1. Put in a folder
2. Get a dll named alterIW4.dll, ihc.dll, F3ARLE55.dll, dll_load.dll and put it in the folder.
3.Now run the Decrypt exe and it will come like (DLL Name)-Decrypted.dll
4.Do what ever with the dll
5.Run the Encrypt exe and it will convert it back, and rename it the the original file

*Xex Tool is in the program*

i cannot deem this working or not because im not on a PC.
i assume this is wrote in c#? have fun developing c sharp skills, it is a fun and easy language to work with

want a new task? develop a program that patches dll's to xex files! i havent saw one of these out, would be very useful to users
