i played and got the one for completing the cycle once and 3 times and the 1 for opening a door without any ammo and the acid gun one then after another game i looked and the only one that is showing as unlocked is the complete the cycle 3 times and all the others that i unlocked are showing as locked

does any 1 know how to fix this or as it happend to any 1 else

i tried signing out and turning my console
