You can look at nonverbal communications like hair flipping, eye battering, etc. (flirting gestures you know when you see them). Also there's full engagement in conversation/you. Also when people are genuinely attracted to someone they tend to flash many genuine smiles or blushes. In some cases the pupils will be dilated, but this means sexual arousal more than attractiveness.

Seriously though, the main way to know if she is into you is by eye contact. If she continues to look at you then there is a very good possibility that she likes you. If you notice her looking at you find a good opportunity to start a conversation with her. You don't have to start out with a hip or catchy pick up line, just start with "Hi" or "Hello".

Also, studies have shown that people are more likely to be attracted to people that live the closet to them, and are constantly in contact with. And also females have a much better sense of smell than men, and scent has been shown to improve attractiveness from the opposite sex.

Mere exposure effect- repeated exposure to stimuli (anything) increases the liking of them (please don't go stalking the girl lol, just say hi to her then and there, or shoot her a text daily. Girls love the good morning text)

Physical proximity- physical nearness to another person increases attractiveness (housing, school, work, etc.)
