I was in a lobby and someone was driving the null car! and it was super fast and beating my x999 car!!!! is this a mod which is done via usb or iso mods? or simply that the null car is always like this?

If someone is driving a car from a DLC that you don't have, then their car is just the null car. He must have had a fast DLC car.

It was indeed ISO mods. Unless you found someone who had just took their RGH online without getting banned, it's ISO mods. If their GT was "God vs Money" that would explain a lot.
