Why does everyone keep saying its bombs and more terrorists? I highly doubt it is, have you never seen when fuel or fertilizer plants explode, it's probably because something went wrong in the plant.

It wasn't a terrorist attack.

Most if not all fertilizer is explosive. So it was a mistake at the factory that caused an explosion. How the mistake happened I don't know but something happened to cause the fertilizer to explode. Not every single thing that blows up is a terrorist attack.
