I'm thinking about getting a Mac.

If I do get a mac, I'd like to get the Mac Mini, But I don't know if it is good, I've been seeing many mixed reviews on the internet.

But I would be absolutely fine with a Windows computer, and if so, what should I get?
Please like 800$ or less, I'm practically poor.

And I plan to do graphics, School work, Video editing, and 3d design with this computer, if that helps. This current one can barely run anything.
