If you're talking about a guy on s7 yeah he's one of the guys that can do it. I purchased it from him and got permabanned. Oh well though, I have a free re-do. If I get banned, oh well again, more time to spend outside, playing basketball, or working out. ;)

Thought so. The gun camos/weapon unlocks is what plays a main part in finding someone who did the recovery. It gives you close to -1 to -2 billion kills for each gun besides shotguns.

I don't get negative kills on my gun. I put realistic values depending on what prestige and time played you want. I did this for 4 of my closet friends on PS3 none which got banned or reset and its been about a month.
