This isn't news, it's a conspiracy. The government doesn't stage every bombing in the damn country. This very same thing almost happened in my city two years ago. The man has a tourniquet on his leg. I know this is hard to believe, but these things happen. There is no conspiracy. The government was not involved. Deal with it.
