So i'm using a ethernet cable to connect my Falcon RGH to my laptop, and i'm trying to connect it to Xbox 360 Neighborhood to use live modding tools (MW2, 3, Bo, 2). But it isn't connecting for some weird reason...
Screenshots of how I have my network setup for the local connection.

So my laptop is using the Wireless connection 1, and my Falcon is connected through an Ethernet cable on LocalAreaConnection 2.
The IP Im getting on my Jtag: 192.168.1.107
That ip is constantly changing the last 3 numbers. But the IP wasn't always like that, it used to be like a 169.254.33.138 (yet again kept on changing the last 5 numbers) but with the second IP it worked, i don't know what happened but now it won't connect or give me the second type of IP listed Above.

If anyone could give me some insight to what is going on, or even how to solve this issue that would be great!
Any information will help! Thanks in advance.
