That is only the case if you are under the age of 18.
Well, not necessarily.. I have a buddy who is over 18 (as well as his LIVE account) and his account says "Cheater"

Plus I've had an account which was over 18 and it also said Cheater.. not when you look at it from a different profile through the console but on Xbox.com

I've had cheater before, It disappeared after a year, Now it's back to normal.

I had it too but I used horizon to fix it and it worked

It would have given you that for modded Gamerscore but yeah we cant see it only you.
