So flashing phats is fine for me, but i want to flash my slim. i know the TX PCB is very simple to solder on, if you choose to. I have never soldered before and was wondering if 15 watt was good enough to solder on the wires.

Yes a 15 watt will do the trick but the TX pcb comes with a small wire block so you can just screw the wires right in and you can just cut them off the old pcb and strip them back, no soldering necessary. But should you go the soldering route, yes a 15 watt will do ya.

Dude just before u do anything, do know if its a Dg-16d4s or a Dg-16d5s there's different flashing methods to do them

16D4s 0225 i believe, yeah i know theres a difference. Im not worried about what version it is until i actually have money for the PCB.

What don't u do the alternative way, u know do the kamikaze hack if u have a winbond board or if its a Mxic cut a trace and probe it?

Just in case u are in LA I flash slims for $25

I don't need someone else to flash it, I can myself. And I'd rather just use a new board because I would most like mess up tracer cutting.

It's easy, especially the kamikaze takes me around 15 minutes to flash all slims with a DG-16d4s
