The Old bills can still be used but they will slowly die out over time until 90% of the bills are the new ones.

Wonder if it will be made of plastic like Canada..

In Canada we recently got new 100's 50's and 20's and they are all made of plastic witch helps ripping and going through laundry

I personally think it looks hideous, the colors dont even make sense to me.
